Finished projects
Night club "Akropolis" Negotino
One of the finished projects that are characteristic for the application of the plasma machine in production is the decorative-ambient solution for the night club "Akropolis"-Negotino.
The solution we came up with, was to cut different panels of steel sheets with a thickness of 3mm, and then they can be used to cover the pillars in the building, for fences, fences on stairs and partitions. To place a Plexiglas on the background, and in the space that was left between the wall and the formed panels in this way, to set the lighting with the appropriate color.
We have designed an appropriate decorative design, we placed them on panels that were of the size appropriate to the surfaces that were to be covered with them. We made cut patterns that we used for the CNC plasma programs and we cut them.
They were placed on appropriate steel frames in which later the Plexiglas was placed and thus the panels were ready for installation.

For the result achieved, look at the gallery of pictures in which you can see the ambient effect achieved while night club is open and working. The illuminating effect depends on the type of lighting used behind the panels. Various variations are possible from fixed to variable lighting solutions.

Pellet stove "VIKING"
The pellet stove "VIKING" is a personal project for my own use that has been produced and functional for several seasons. At the same time, this was a good opportunity to check the methodology for designing pellet stoves, as well as a design approach in terms of ornaments that are thematically selected, made and applied.
Otherwise, although in our country relatively recently, technology has been known to me more than a decade ago. I was designing pellet stoves since then.
The situation in which a product of this type for a market was to be produced has changed. Today, we have access to new types of materials and control electronics that allow compact product and less temperature problems to solve compared to the situation at that time.
All elements in the final or preparation-flat pattern form are plasma cuts.
When talking about the ornaments, here I was able to find suitable solutions depending on the situation of joining ornaments in several planes (intentional is decorated with this type of ornaments) depending on the situation, so that the welding of the individual elements is not visible.
This prototype can actually be ranked in a group of stand-alone fireplaces due to the large fire-resistant glass that makes it visible almost the entire firebox. The projected maximum heat power is 25 kw. In gallery can be seen as part of the design and how it looks like a finished product

Roof metal construction "Sloga" - Kavadarci
This is an example where we can see the benefit of combined metal construction techniques in which plasma is used as a method for cutting the joining plates and bearings. The end result is assembly of the construction for just over a day.
But also the process of production itself is facilitated and accelerated.
The shape of the plate is not only bound up with the layout, but also with the functionality and method of assembly. The form is given so as to reflect the position of the other elements that are correlated with it. In production of assemblies there is no need for continuous measurement. The form itself defines a position. This is of great importance in the formation of horizontal, vertical, lateral joints in the assembly. Usually the number of plates in one construction is large. So with the formation of cut patterns from which the CNC code is created, you can make a cutting strategy with a minimum residue (waste). The economy of material utilization is highlighted after the completion of the production phase when it plays a significant role in the part of the investment for the project that remains as a profit for the company.
The shown construction is mounted with bolts and nuts. If you form a proper production approach, you are mainly thinking of the accuracy of the production of the parts and assemblies, you will have less time at the installation site ... less costs for the machinery that you are renting and which you need but you do not have. In the case indicated, despite the large number of nut and bolt joints, there was no need to correct any hole during the assembly. The way you use plasma in production depends on the type of construction. But basically there is one fact: More you involve plasma machine and find application in crafting, more you will increase the economy and production in the process.

Steel channel for transporting abrasive material
This is a typical case where the plasma shows its application possibilities. It is a steel channel for the transport of abrasive material. But due to abrasion, the steel walls should be protected by a coating that is resistant to this effect. Hardox is the choice for such situations. But on the other hand it is difficult to process. You can't cut it with press, You can't bend it with press-brake, and so on. Acetylene cutting is possible, but for this particular case it is not usable. The Hardox boards should have a precise dimension and also a place for screw holes because the coatings should be dismantled or replaceable. Plasma is shown as a natural choice because it has accuracy and it can precisely and accurately cut the hardox with a quality edge.
Some types of Hardox have the ability to react significantly to thermal cutting load. As a result, there is a tendency to climb (in arc shape) at the table when cutting. In order not to affect this on the accuracy and quality of cutting, it is necessary to create a cooling of the surface of the cutting sheet. This reduces this phenomenon, and Hardox is relatively "calm" at the coordinate table.
